Hobbs and Shaw: Dwayne Johnson presenta ufficialmente Vanessa Kirby

Attraverso il suo account Instagram, Dwayne Johnson ha condiviso uan nuova immagine dal backstage di Hobbs and Shaw, annunciato spin-off della saga di Fast and Furious dedicato ai personaggi di Luke Hobbs e Deckard Shaw, interpretati rispettivamente da Johnson e Jason Statham.

Nella fotto “The Rock” appare al fianco di Vanessa Kirby (Mission Impossible Fallout), che nel film interpreterà Hattie Shaw, sorella di Deckard.

Dwayne Johnson e Vanessa Kirby nel backstage di Hobbs and Shaw, spin-off di Fast and Furious

Inizialmente previsto per il 26 luglio 2019, il film arriverà al cinema il 2 agosto 2019. David Leitch, regista di John Wick, Atomica Bionda e Deadpool 2, è stato incaricato di dirigere il film. La sceneggiatura sarà opera di Chris Morgan, tra i principali collaboratori della saga dal lontano 2006. Nel cast dello spin-off ci saranno anche Idris Elba (Luther, Star Trek Beyond) nel ruolo del villain e l’attrice Vanessa Kirby (Mission Impossible Fallout).
